House with a stunning view of the mountain

The house is located at Mt SAXONNEX in Hte Savoie at an altitude of 1000 meters between ANNECY and CHAMONIX, about 40 km from GENEVA, 15 minutes from CLUSES and BONNEVILLE. With unobstructed views of the mountains, the house, measuring approximately 150 m² (1,615 sq ft), is surrounded by greenery on a flat 700 m² (7,535 sq ft) plot. Lots of hiking options. The space We rent the house for 8 people maximum. The house is very bright with lots of bay windows, on one level except for a 20 m2 bedroom in the basement, which does not have a window but ventilation: a 140 cm bed, two bunk beds, an 80 cm single bed and cupboards. Step-free: - The main room, with an area of about 50 m2, includes an open kitchen with an island, the dining area, as well as the living room. - A large entrance hall with cupboards. - A bedroom with a 160 cm double bed or two separate 80 cm beds for two people. - A master bedroom with a 160-cm bed, en-suite shower room, and a separate toilet. - A TV room with a sofa bed for two people of 140 cm. - A second independent shower room. - A second separate toilet. This rental is enhanced by two large terraces positioned facing south and a terrace on the east side. The south side terrace has a canopy and a plancha. Outside, you will find three umbrellas, two 6-person tables, one 10-person table, 16 chairs, 5 armchairs, 4 round garden armchairs, 1 wicker sofa for two, two deck chairs, and a ping-pong table. Guest access The entire house is accessible to guests except for a room in the basement, reserved for the owners. Large outdoor parking is available. Other things to note This place won't be rented to people under the age of 25. Thank you for providing us with a valid liability insurance certificate for the rental period. The house is about 800 meters from the center of the village where you will find shops, restaurants, a play area with Pumktrak, a Gypaète discovery area. You leave the house to take many walks and you are close to Lake Bénit, the Plateau de Cenise, the Plateau de Solaison, the Reposoir. We provide sheets for each bed, the sheets will be placed on the beds. We don't provide towels. Possibility of having a folding crib, a changing table, two baby high chairs. Smokers are not allowed to smoke inside, ashtrays are available outside, thank you. No pets allowed. We do not allow you to recharge electric cars, there are electric charging stations in the village, Thank you. The house is not rented for parties, and we ask you to respect the calm of the premises and the neighborhood. Thanks
