House located in the mountains in a pretty village

The house is located at Mt SAXONNEX in Hte Savoie at an altitude of 1000 meters between ANNECY and CHAMONIX, about 40 km from GENEVA, 15 minutes from CLUSES and BONNEVILLE. Very clear view of the mountains, the house is surrounded by greenery, Lots of hiking options. The space We rent the house for a maximum of 8 people. Guest access The entire house is accessible to guests except for a room in the basement, reserved for the owners. This 150 m2 rental is decorated with three terraces with a sunshade, three parasols, a table for 8 people, two tables for 6 people, 16 chairs, 5 armchairs, 4 round garden armchairs, 1 wicker sofa for 2 people, 2 sun loungers, a ping-pong table, outdoor games for children... and a plancha on one of the terraces on the south side. The house is surrounded by a 700 m2 garden. Other things to note This place won't be rented to people under the age of 25. Thank you for providing us with a valid liability insurance certificate for the rental period. The house is about 500 meters from the center of the village where you will find shops, restaurants. We provide sheets for each bed, but these will be made upon arrival. We don't provide towels. We do not allow you to recharge electric cars, there are electric charging stations in the village, thank you.
