Old artist's studio, T2 air-conditioned

I am an artist and I have transformed my former studio to welcome you in a warm and colorful atmosphere. I mixed the new and the vintage to offer this place a personality. You will stay on the third and top floor of a small building. The space is very bright thanks to the Velux windows, it is air-conditioned and independent. The space This apartment, furnished in 2024, sleeps 4 people comfortably. You will stay on the top floor of a small building, three floors without an elevator. The space is very bright thanks to the Velux windows, it is air-conditioned and independent. You will have the following amenities: - A main room with comfortable sofa bed for two, a TV with Netflix, a fully equipped kitchen area (fridge, freezer, induction stove, combined microwave and grill oven, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster, dishes & cooking utensils as well as tea, coffee, oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, sugar and spices), table and chairs. - A bedroom with a 140 x 200 double bed, mirror and dressing room - A bathroom with 90 x 120 shower, sink, mirror, hairdryer, toilet and washing machine. Linens are provided (sheets, towels, rugs and tea towels). There are mosquito nets. The apartment is non-smoking. No pets allowed. Parties are not allowed. Guest access From Saint Jean train station: - 30 minutes by Tram - "Les Hangars" stop - (The total journey takes around 30 minutes but there's a 9-minute walk from the tram tram stop to my apartment). - 30 minutes by bus - (Line 5, "Leybardie" stop in front of the building). From Bordeaux Airport: - 20 minutes by taxi (prefer Uber which is usually cheaper) - 40 minutes during peak hours - Between 1 hr and 1 hr 30 min by transit Parking in the neighborhood is paid from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. Located between Les Chartrons and Les Bassins à flots, you can quickly access the city center, the docks or the Cité du Vin. If you want to eat, Les Halles de Bacalan, which are food halls with 20 Bordeaux gastronomy brands, are a 15-minute walk away.
