Private garden with table, chairs, BBQ and clothesline. Secure parking in a closed private property. Train station, bar, pizzeria, laundromat, grocery store, doctors, pharmacy, bakery 600 m away. Let yourself be charmed! Guest access Gravel courtyard to park a single vehicle. Ground floor access. Check-in between 4 p.m. and 8 p.m., lockbox available in case of absence. Check-out before 11 a.m. Other things to note - Linen loan (sheets for beds and shower towels) possible with a supplement of €10 to be paid in cash upon arrival. Please confirm during booking. - PLEASE NOTE: For safety and furniture compliance reasons, the beds are designed for a maximum weight of 100 kg/person - Air conditioner installed in summer only. - BBQ loan upon request. - Body hygiene products (shower gel, shampoo, toothpaste...) are not included in the rental.
