The space With a floor area of 100 m² and sleeping up to 6 guests, ‘L’Écrin du Crouesty’ comprises a 25 m² living room opening onto a private terrace, a contemporary kitchen open to the living room, fully fitted and equipped, and three bedrooms, including a separate master suite on the ground floor with a large bath and double washbasin, high-end bedding (140×190), and a separate toilet. Upstairs, you’ll find a double bedroom with one double bed (140×200) featuring a single washbasin and storage space, a beautiful shower opening onto the landing, a separate toilet, and a bedroom with two single beds suitable for children or teenagers. You can enjoy an enclosed terrace, fully equipped for your comfort with an outdoor table seating six for your lunches! A large electric awning will protect you from the sun. You’ll be within easy reach of all essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and markets… There’s a small beachside restaurant at the end of the street and oyster farms nearby. Transport: - You may park temporarily in front of the property to unload and load your luggage. Parking in front of the house is strictly prohibited.
