In the commune of Saint-Jean-de-la-Rivière, we offer this charming 70 m² house for rent, approximately 1.5 km from the sea and able to accommodate up to 8 travellers. It comprises a pretty living room, a fitted kitchen, two bedrooms and a shower room. There's also a 50 m² garden! With Wi-Fi included, we're waiting for you! The space The accommodation comprises - A 40 m² living room with a double sofa bed, dining area, TV... - An open-plan kitchen with appliances including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, pancake maker, sandwich maker, dishwasher, hob... - Bedroom 1: queen-size bed (160×200) - Bedroom 2: double bed (140×190) and bunk bed (sleeps 2, 90×190) - Bathroom with shower - Separate WC For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, folding bed (on request), plancha, tumble dryer, fan, ironing board and iron. Outside: - A beautiful private garden of 50 m², not overlooked, with barbecue, sun loungers, parasol, table and chairs to enjoy the sunny days. (Work on the outside is currently under way and will be completed by the end of December at the latest). The house is brand new and ideally located in Saint-Jean-de-la-Rivière, in a peaceful and very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, a market, etc. What's on: - Beach nearby - Various water sports: windsurfing, kite surfing, surfing, sailing, paddle etc... - Hiking - Golf course nearby - Visit to the Channel Islands Transport : If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private car park (2 vehicles). For other modes of transport, here is some information you may find useful: - Nearest train station: Barneville-Carteret, about 2 km away (3 min by car) - Nearest airport: Caen, about 115 km away (1h27 by car) Other remarks : - Free WiFi available (high-powered internet connection: Starlink) - Pets are welcome free of charge, provided the accommodation is left clean. Only one pet per stay. Cot, high chair and baby bath are available on request.
