You can find: -25 min to the historic village of Saint-Cirq-Lapopie, voted the most beautiful village in France in 2020 -25 min to the paragliding take-off point (Douelle) -15 min to the city of Cahors - 5 min to go-karting -5 min to the RATZ beer factory, a specialty of the region. We invite you to come and relax in an elegant, peaceful and pleasant setting. Whether with family or friends, the house will offer you an idyllic setting for an unforgettable stay. Regarding the house, the ground floor consists of the following rooms: - a cellar/laundry room - a large friendly kitchen (which overlooks the living room) - the living room (air-conditioned) - first bedroom of 15 m² - a second bedroom with a 9 m² sofa bed - a toilet - a walk-in shower with bathtub. Upstairs you will find two air-conditioned bedrooms including: - one bedroom of 11 m² - a second bedroom of 11 m² - a toilet - a walk-in shower All bedrooms come equipped with a TV and a storage closet except the 9 m² bedroom. Regarding the outside of the house, you can enjoy the many facilities including: - a 5m by 10m saltwater pool - a pétanque court - ping pong table - a bar with toilet - a swing and slide for children - a barbecue - garden table - a hammock Bed linen and shower towels are also available in all rooms. For little ones, you will have a travel crib, high chair and bathtub.
