Sweetness of living in this beautiful 130 m2 house, located in Beaumes de Venise, at the foot of the Dentelles de Montmirail (9 km) and a few kilometers from the Giant of Provence "Le Mont Ventoux 1900 meters of Altitudes" (21 km) and the remains and ancient theater of Vaison la Romaine (25 km) The space Air-conditioned villa, accommodating up to six people, has a private garden of 250 m2, a relaxation area with six deckchairs with outdoor swimming pool (8X4 beach bottom of 90 cms to 1.60 meters unheated) which will be open in season from May to the end of September (protective cover + alarm for the safety of your children) and a shaded terrace with pergolas of 33 m2 (garden furniture 6 people) and gas plancha at your disposal). On the ground floor: A large living room of 50 m2, very bright, overlooking the terrace and access to the pool; composed of a sofa bed and a TV connected to the rake antenna (Wi-Fi network available inside/outside). A fully equipped kitchen (fridge, dishwasher, oven, microwave, Tassimo coffee machine, kettle, dishes). A separate restroom. A laundry room where you can find; a freezer, a vacuum cleaner, a bucket and a mop with household product, a washing machine, a tancarville, a table and an iron. Upstairs: Three bedrooms equipped with storage cupboards; two of them have views of the garden and pool and one of them is equipped with a TV connected to the rake antenna. Detail of the sleeping area: A 160 X 200 bed and two 140 X 190 beds; I also provide an extra bed and a cot with mattress (upon request). A bathroom with shower and spa bath. Second separate toilet. During your stay, you can find all amenities within a 5-minute walk from the village of Beaumes de Venise (Supermarket, bike rental, restaurants, bakery, cafes, cellars, tobacco, post office, hairdresser, bank, tourist office, library, health center). During your stay, we can offer you a one-hour relaxation session within our structure. For more information and availability, please ask us. You can practice various activities around our beautiful Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur region, such as hiking, biking, quad biking. But you can also discover many tourist, cultural or festive events organized in Beaumes de Venise or the surrounding villages. In addition to activities and events, you will not resist the good Provençal food, where the combination with good wines is considered an art here. For the year 2025, From June 13 to July 25 there are the Choregies d'Orange. On July 19, we will have the arrival of the Tour de France in Orange, and on July 20, the mythical Mont Ventoux event is only 15 minutes from Beaumes de Venise. From July 18 to 20, the traditional Belgian festivals in Beaumes de Venise. From July 25 to 29, votive festival in the village of Beaumes de Venise.
