The space The house is at the end of a secure path with electric gate and accommodates up to 4 cars in parking. You can walk to the beach in 8 minutes via a pedestrian path. The house consists of a ground floor with open living room including living room with pellet stove, dining room that can accommodate up to 8 people and open kitchen. You will also find a back kitchen with all the necessary amenities: dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, ironing board and iron, pantry, barbecue kit... etc. A separate toilet and a bathroom with bathtub, then a bedroom with double bed 160 x 200 with integrated dressing room.
