The space The house is at the end of a secure path with electric gate and accommodates up to 4 parked cars. The beach is an 8 minute walk by a pedestrian path. The house consists of a ground floor with open living room including living room with pellet stove, dining room sleeping up to 8 people and open kitchen. You will also find a back kitchen with all the necessary amenities: dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, ironing table and iron, pantry, barbecue kit... etc. One separate toilet and one bathroom with bathtub then one bedroom with double bed 160x200 with built-in dressing room. Outdoor access with a covered terrace consisting of a garden furniture and a table for 6 people then a large terrace overlooking the garden with barbecue, table for 8 people, umbrella and sunbeds with views of the valley and Basque houses. Upstairs is a landing with office area and children's playroom overlooking a balcony with ocean views, a large shower room, a bedroom with double bed 140x200 with built-in dressing room, and a bedroom with 2 single beds 90x200 with built-in dressing room.
