This family accommodation is located in the heart of the bay of Mont Saint-Michel offering ideal access to the best of our region: 1 hour from the landing beaches, a few km from the beaches of Contentin, Granville and Mont Saint-Michel, the Christian Dior museum... Offering a pleasant workspace, an enclosed garden (currently being landscaped) and refined decoration. Close to all shops and local entertainment. Refurbished in the spring of 2024. The space The accommodation is composed on the ground floor of a living room with sofa open to the dining room of 20m2 with fireplace, an open kitchen of 15m2, a laundry room with garden access, toilet. Upstairs, a large family room composed of a double bed and 3 single beds, a bathroom with private bath. A shower room with wc. On the second floor, two attic bedrooms with large beds and single beds. Each room is equipped with hotel-grade beds and environmentally friendly essentials. We can provide you with a crib and kit for children on request. (Stroller, hiking baby carrier, babycook, bath, sunbed...) The house also has an enclosed garden with small terraces, garden table, small living room, barbecue. You can also enjoy our wooded garden with children's games, courtyard... and access to the miniature goat farm park. @Lesminisdelalucerne Wifi is free in the whole house. Finally, a parking space will be available in front of the house. Our place is less than 2 minutes from all shops. Butcher shop charcuterie, grocery store, bakery, super U, pharmacy... Many hiking departures are just steps away from the house. Lucerne Abbey, a Unesco World Heritage Site, is 4km away. If you choose the option, pay on-site on the day of check-in in cash. Mattresses are protected by mattress pads and pillows by covers. MANDATORY CLEANING: €100 to be paid on-site at the beginning of the stay.
