Welcome to our lovely family home with garden, in Pantin, 500m from Paris. In a lively and lively neighborhood, our house offers an oasis of calm and you can cool off in our hot tub! Paris Olympic Games: enjoy the event from our strategic location: 3 min from metro Line 5, 10 min walk from Parc de la Villette. Stade de France and other Olympic venues within 30 min! Book now for an unforgettable experience! The space Our house is on the ground floor in the backyard of a building. So it's totally cut off from the hustle and bustle of the street! On level 0/Ground floor: the entrance where you can take off your shoes, the living room (equipped with a video projector), as well as the very friendly dining room/kitchen, where our piano is also located for musicians. There is also a laundry room with toilet and sink. The ground floor is extended by a shaded terrace where you can enjoy meals outdoors. It is equipped with a plancha as well as a magical hot tub to cool off in the summer. It has a "bubble" function for even more relaxation and the water can be heated up to 40°C. A few steps give access to the landscaped garden where you can take beautiful naps on the sunbeds (5 sunbeds in total) away from the large umbrella. We also have a mini pool for young children to fill with a garden hose (upon request). Upstairs: The bedrooms. A large master bedroom equipped with a small balcony overlooking the courtyard, and a separate dressing room where you can store the interior of your suitcase. A children's room is equipped with a single or double bed, which overlooks the garden. A wardrobe with a wardrobe will also allow you to store your belongings for added comfort. Finally, the bathroom with a spacious shower, a double sink and a toilet. The parking space is located in the basement of the building. It is accessible with a pass that will provide you with the person who is hosting. Vehicle OK: less than 2 meters high. NB: Our house is our primary residence, it is not an "Airbnb" accommodation intended for rental. So we're committed to welcoming a family or people who are conscious and anxious to behave with this in mind. Guest access The entire house is at your disposal. Only one room will be accessible. Other things to note Our house offers great autonomy but we are in a residence and so we have... neighbors! We kindly ask you to pay the utmost attention to not making too much noise, and to respect the common areas perfectly. There are a few cats in the residence. One of them regularly comes to visit us in the garden, and he is very kind, but he has the formal prohibition of entering the house! Another point: please water the few houseplants if necessary during your stay. Outdoor watering is automatic.
