The space The view of the Cordouan Lighthouse (a UNESCO World Heritage Site and the last inhabited lighthouse in France) that can be seen from the rooftop ensures serenity and perfect comfort. The entrance to the very bright house leads you into a large 80 m² living room which is composed as follows: - The living room area with beautiful, very comfortable sofas. The living room is equipped with a large screen as well as an area with a piano, guitar and board games. - The dining room area is furnished with a large rectangular table and seating. - Fully equipped kitchen (Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster, fridge/freezer with ice dispenser, dishwasher, induction stove, oven, microwave, hood...) - The back kitchen has a washing machine and dryer. The house is equipped with the SONOS audio system with which you can play the music of your choice at the desired level. Still on the ground floor, you will have the first two bedrooms. The first with a view of the garden: 180 cm bed, a desk, a bathroom (shower) with a single sink and separate toilet. The second, master suite with independent entrance measures 60 m². This room has a library area, a large dressing room with desk, a 180 cm bed and views of the pool and the bowling alley. Direct access to the garden is possible thanks to the large bay windows. Bathroom (shower and bathtub, double sinks, Japanese toilet Upstairs are the other 4 bedrooms: - The 3rd bedroom is on the left and gives direct access to the rooftop equipped with garden furniture. The rooftop terrace runs along all the bedrooms on the floor. This room has a 180 cm bed, a dressing room, a bathroom (shower and bathtub), double sink and separate toilet. A living room area connects all the bedrooms. This space is composed of a screen (not connected to the TNT) but available for watching DVDs, sofas, a foosball table and a pinball machine. - The 4th bedroom has a 160 cm bed and a bathroom (shower) with a single sink, and a dressing room. - The 5th bedroom with a 180 cm bed, a piano, a shower room (shower), single sink, storage. - Finally, the 6th bedroom equipped with a 160 cm bed, a shower room (shower), single sink. The last toilet is on the landing (it is common to the 4th, 5th and 6th bedroom). The exterior includes: A 8 m X 3.6 m boulodrome, the heated swimming pool (12 m X 5 m) (included in the price and open from May 1 to September 28, heated to 28°) with submerged shutter for safety, a pool house area with outdoor sofa, a plancha corner and an area with a large table and chairs to eat. You can store your bikes under the awning and park a vehicle (covered space, sloping descent). Two electrical outlets are available outdoors to charge your vehicles.
