An equipped and functional kitchen (induction stove with oven, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, raclette and barbecue machine, etc.) is open to the living room - dining room. The living room is southeast/southwest facing and opens through French doors onto the garden. It has a functional stove. Two bedrooms on the ground floor offer a double bed of 160 cm for the first and a single bed of 90 x 200 cm for the second. A shower room (walk-in) and separate toilet allow some independence for guests on the ground floor. Upstairs, 4 large bedrooms offer: - two single beds (80 x 200) for each of the first three bedrooms, beds that can be combined into double beds; - a double bed of 160 cm for the last bedroom, with a double southeast/southwest exposure. A separate sleeping area for a toddler, with a crib, is attached to this last room (+ folding crib available if necessary). Bathroom with bathtub overlooking the landing. Separate toilet. All bedding is new (2024). Linens not provided (package on request for the supply of linens). Wi-Fi upon request (daily package). Guest access The property has a parking space for several cars. The entire ground floor is accessible without crossing a step (living room, kitchen, two bedrooms, shower room). Other things to note To respect the neighborhood, festive events are not allowed. We do not allow pets.
