House with large garden, terrace, barbecue. Ground floor: kitchen open to living room with wood burning stove and tv; double bed room; bedroom 2 single beds; bathroom and toilet. Upstairs: double bed room, double sofa bed with bathroom; studio: double bed, 1 person sofa bed, kitchen and bathroom. Basement: double bed room, shower and toilet; laundry room:washing machine and dryer;garage. Parking 4 cars in the garden. Baby equipment available. Guest access Guests have the entire house. Close to shops and transport, 20 min walk to RER A and Bus 114 to 10min, 4 stops from Paris Gare de Lyon and 7 stops from Dysney. Possibility to park for free on weekends in the parking lot next to Neuilly-Plaisance train station. We are about 25 min from Charles de Gaulle airport and 35 min from Orly depending on road traffic. Other things to note Please note that parties and events are prohibited. Quiet neighborhood. Pets are welcome. The accommodation has these basic amenities: toilet paper, hand and body soap, towel per guest, pillow per guest, bed linen for each bed.
