This charming 45 m² house in Courseulles-sur-Mer is less than a kilometre from the beach and can accommodate up to 2 people. It comprises an attractive 15 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, a good-sized bedroom, a shower room and a garden of around 50 m². Wifi (fibre optics) included, we're waiting for you! The space The accommodation comprises - A 15 m² living room with TV, armchair, sofa and dining area - A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, hob, espresso machine, etc. - Bedroom 1: with a double bed (160×190) - A shower room with shower and WC - Outside laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer, ironing board and iron. For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, plancha, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron. Outside: - A beautiful, enclosed, private 50 m² garden - An enclosed 15 m² terrace with furniture to enjoy the fine weather. Other things to note Other information : - High chair, bath and cot on request. - Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request at an additional cost (hire and payment to be made with our local partner). - Free Wifi available (fibre optic). - Pets are not allowed in the accommodation. - End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors.
