The space On the first floor, you'll find a comfortable bedroom with an en suite shower room. This is complemented by a magnificent master suite with its own shower room and balcony overlooking the ocean, as well as a separate Wc. On the upper floor, a spacious, light-filled living room with open-plan kitchen invites you in for convivial moments. From the living room, you have direct access to my large terrace with its breathtaking ocean views. An additional bedroom with en suite shower room and another separate Wc complete this floor. The flat is fully equipped, bright and tastefully decorated. There are plenty of sea views to make your holiday unforgettable! The Gr 34 hiking trail passes right in front of the residence, and all amenities are close by (supermarket and bakery). A beautiful sandy beach is less than 400m from the flat. Little extras you won't find elsewhere? Less than 30 minutes away, you can discover the most popular tourist spots in the Pays des Abers and Pays d'Iroise: visit the islands of Ouessant or Molène from the pretty, lively and picturesque port of Le Conquet (you can also leave from Lanildut), discover the 3 Abers and their magnificent landscapes, go for a walk along the wild coast or discover the Ile Vierge lighthouse, visit the Pointe Saint Matthieu, the Château de Kergroadès or the Musée de la Marine in Brest. For art lovers: La Passerelle in Brest, La Fondation Leclerc in Landerneau, the Brest Museum of Fine Art... For children (and adults!), there's also the nearby ‘La récré des 3 curés’ amusement park and Océanopolis, one of Europe's largest aquariums. For the more sporty types, there are some magnificent kitesurfing, windsurfing, paddleboarding and surfing spots nearby. For golfers, there are several nearby, including the Abers golf course.
