Note: we have 3 (adorable) cats The space We provide our nice air-conditioned family house in Castelnau le Lez, close to Montpellier and the beaches. The tram station 2 minutes walk takes you to the center of Montpellier on the Place de la Comédie in less than 15 minutes. The house is a 5-minute walk from the center of the village with its many restaurants, shops and the market not to be missed on Saturday mornings. And of course, a 20-minute drive to the beaches! All the comforts for 5 people: - a master suite (160 x 200 bed) with its bathroom (bathtub + shower) - 1 small bedroom (bed 160x200) and its bathroom - 1 crib - 45 m2 living room with lounge and large TV (Netflix) - dining room with office area, board games available - Fully equipped kitchen - Wi-Fi, reversible air conditioning in all rooms! - dressing room with laundry area: washing machine + dryer - linens provided (sheets + towels). Exteriors: 2 terraces for 2 atmospheres: - Front: large table for 8 people, barbecue, summer lounge. - Back terrace naturally shaded by a beautiful plane mulberry tree, ping pong table, deckchairs for long hours of quiet reading. A small car garage available, otherwise you can easily park further afield 100 meters away for free. We have 3 independent (and adorable) cats who live here, they use a connected cat flap to go out freely and will only ask you for kibble (provided by us), water and cuddles. We prioritize families. No parties or pets allowed, our cats will thank you. Guest access You will have access to the entire house. Since the house is raised by one floor from the road level, it is unfortunately not accessible to people with reduced mobility, we are sorry.
