The space Acquired and renovated in 2023, the house and its decoration are the result of one of Jenny and Tristan's passions: the insatiable quest for objects and designer furniture heathered during their travels or in the region. Everything offers a warm decoration to accompany you during your stay and complete the natural contribution of the spaces that surround you within the Maa House. This former farmhouse is composed of 2 fully independent units and both available for rent: the main house and the caretaker's house. You are here in the caretaker's house ahead of Maa's main house. This outbuilding is 80m2 and sleeps 4 people (up to 6 with its sofa bed). It has 2 bedrooms, the largest with a comfortable queen size bed that you can enjoy, the second can make it possible to have two separate beds of 80x200 cm or a queen size bed also once you get closer. Each of the bedrooms has its own sink, and their own bathrooms. The master suite with a bathtub and the second with a shower. The separate toilet is located on the ground floor. On the ground floor you will enjoy an old-fashioned kitchen/dining room and a kitchen that has all the modern comforts where you can gather to prepare the dishes and wonders you will be able to cook. It is connected to the living room through which you will enter the house. These two spaces allow you to receive and meet while connecting with these large glass windows on the view of the counter canal of the sum and the courtyard of the Maa house. Views that will charm you at every moment of the day. The bright entrances offer a breathtaking view of the Canal de la Somme. It is a quiet space to play chess, write, draw or contemplate nature, but also a place to meet in a room conducive to conviviality. The kitchen is fully equipped (Nespresso machine, kettle, electric oven and hob, dishwasher, microwave, etc.) You will have access to a smaller part of the garden than the main house Maa which allows you to keep a space of privacy and tranquility. A bowling alley is available just at the bottom of the house (boules and molki available) . A barbecue, tables and chairs for your space are available and to arrange at your convenience outside (just remember to store them indoors after use). Guest access You will have access to the whole caretaker's house at the entrance to the Maa House property as well as part of the garden in front of your house crossing the courtyard. The main house will have its own garden, you just share the courtyard to pass and drop off your belongings in your homes. Car parking is downstairs at the entrance to the property.
