Completely renovated and very bright, with 4 French windows opening onto balconies, it is located on the 1st floor of a small building and has an integrated kitchen, a living room with alcove (double bed for parents), a bathroom and a children's bedroom (large bed possible). The space Located in a quiet area of old Sète, 50 meters from the canal and the fishing port, our apartment offers all the advantages for those who want to enjoy the city center, the port and the beach. Completely renovated in 2024, very bright thanks to its French windows, the apartment consists of a living room with alcove (double bed) and a children's bedroom with a modular bunk bed (single or double bed below). A baby cot is also available. The rooms open onto two balconies. One facing south on the living room side, the other facing west on the bedroom and alcove side and with a small table allowing a breakfast or an aperitif for two, with views of the upper district and Saint-Louis church. The kitchen is integrated and fully equipped. The apartment has a dishwasher, washing machine, reversible air conditioning and Wi-Fi. If you are by car, parking is free, 5/10 minutes walk from the apartment. You will enjoy Sète by being close to the quays, the port and the fish market, the Théâtre de la Mer and the Paul Valéry Museum, but also a 5-minute walk from Les Halles and the market.
