In case of delay on the check-in time initially agreed with you, our hostess will not be able to wait for you. Another appointment time must be set and you will be charged €30. Fee of €50 for an arrival on December 24 & 31 after 6 p.m. and December 25 & January 1 to be paid on arrival in cash or check (against a receipt). In case of loss of key to the accommodation during your stay, the door lock must be changed. The cost of this action will be deducted from your deposit. Regarding the end-of-stay cleaning/laundry package included in your reservation: We provide linen processed by a professional service, prepare the apartment for your comfort and your arrival, and carry out the cleaning at the end of the stay. In high season, it is possible that we will have the cleaning agent intervene on the day of your departure from 9 a.m., depending on the arrival time of the following guests.
