The space Welcome to 28 Castle Street We will welcome you to our fully renovated house divided into three independent apartments. A charming quiet house for 13 people, 10 adults and 3 children . Right in the heart of the city, in a pedestrian street, with no trade . Castle Street is ideal for stays with friends, family gatherings. For work trips with colleagues, your seminars. Also ideal for your artist residences. On the ground floor, a spacious entrance with stairs giving access to the first floor on a 100 m² apartment, including a living room with a sleeping area of 140 by 200 cm, a comfortable bench for cozy evenings. A dining area for large tables A large bedroom with a double bed of 180 by 200 and a sofa bed for children up to 5/6 years old ( possibility to easily move it to the other bedrooms of the house if needed) . An en-suite bathroom with bath and toilet . A fully equipped kitchen with standing eats and stools A second bathroom with shower and toilet . Wifi is accessible in the apartment and free Continuing up the same staircase, you will have access to the second 100 m2 apartment. The open kitchen is functional and modern, with a fridge, small microwave oven, coffee maker, kettle, dishwasher, toaster and all useful cooking utensils👍. A large high table with stools creates a friendly space. You can also enjoy a lounge area with its two comfortable banquettes and TV screen. This living room has access to a small terrace overlooking the patio. Wifi is accessible throughout the apartment and free. Three bedrooms make up this floor. Two very large bedrooms with a 160*200 bed each and a children's bedroom with two 90*190 beds and their comfortable mattress. Games and books are available. Dresser and clothing rack for their little things so that they too settle in and find their bearings. 😉 And a third AIR-CONDITIONED apartment that can comfortably accommodate two people, with its bedroom with super charming exposed beams, a 140 by 200 bed, a wardrobe, small built-in storage, and a wall-mounted TV screen for movie nights cocooning. You will have a bathroom with a separate shower and toilet, as well as bath towels and toiletries. The kitchen is modern and fully equipped, with a fridge, microwave, filter coffee maker, kettle, toaster and all cooking utensils. You can choose your meals on the small bar or on the table with its benches in the living room. And if you prefer, a Nespresso machine is available on request . The living room is cozy, with windows overlooking the patio, a large glass wardrobe in which you will find some readings and board games, two armchairs, and free wifi. And finally, you will have access to a large open-air patio equipped with stretched canvases for very sunny and hot days, as well as two large picnic tables.
