The space The accommodation comprises Ground floor - A 37 m² living room with sofas, TV and fireplace (wood on request) - A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc. - Bedroom 1: queen-size bed (160x200) and en-suite shower room - separate WC First floor - Bedroom 2: queen-size bed (160x200), en-suite shower room and WC - Bedroom 3: queen-size bed (160x200), en-suite shower room with WC - Bedroom 4: double bed (140x190), en-suite shower room with WC For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron, cot and high chair, barbecue, table tennis table. Exterior: - A private swimming pool, heated from May to September/October depending on the weather, with protective cover and measuring 6.50 x 3.20 x 1.50 m. - A beautiful south/west-facing garden of 1,000 m² + terrace adjoining the house with furniture to enjoy the fine weather.
