The space The accommodation comprises Ground floor An 82 m² living room comprising a 52 m² lounge area with sofas, TV and fireplace (wood provided on request) and a piano for musicians. - A 30 m² dining room with seating for 14 guests. - A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc. - Separate WC in the entrance hall First floor - Bedroom 1: double bed (140x190) - Bedroom 2: two single beds and a queen-size bed (160x200) and an en-suite shower room - Bedroom 3: two queen-size beds (160x200) and en-suite shower room - Bedroom 4: one queen-size bed (160x200) and one double bed (140x190) - Bathroom with shower - Separate WC For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron, cot and high chair, barbecue, table tennis. Outside: - A private swimming pool heated from May to September/October, depending on the weather, with a protective cover measuring 7.50 x 3.40 x 1.50 m. - A lovely enclosed garden with trees, 1,250 m², south-facing - An enclosed south-facing terrace with two large tables and benches seating 16 people.
