New villa with pool in a cul-de-sac, quiet, about 5 minutes' walk from the village shops. Close to the beaches (Torreilles beach, Canet-en-Roussillon and Le Barcarès 15 minutes by car). Perpignan center is 6 km away; Spain is 30 minutes by car. 4* rated furnished tourist accommodation. The house is bright and cozy. Ductless air conditioning in all rooms. Ideal for family vacations, quiet (no parties). Six people maximum. Minimum 6-day rental. The space On the ground floor: the modern kitchen is fully equipped. Dining room for 8 people. In the living room, you will find a TV with Netflix and Amazon Prime Video. The house is equipped with fiber optic with high-speed internet. Wi-Fi available. On the ground floor, there is also a master suite with dressing room, 160 bedding and adjoining shower room. Separate toilet. Stairs are a little steep and quite narrow to access the upstairs. Upstairs, a bedroom with 140 bedding and wardrobe, and another bedroom equipped with 4 children's beds (2 bunk beds in 90, a bed in 90 and a trundle bed in 90) with storage dresser. Bathroom with washing machine. Separate toilet. Outside you can enjoy a large terrace with dining area for 8 people protected by a remote umbrella. The pool area is extended by a terrace with garden furniture protected by a bioclimatic pergola (currently being installed) and a BBQ area. Small enclosed garden. If you plan on arriving later (after 7pm), please let us know as soon as possible. On the day of checkout, you have until 10 a.m. to return the accommodation. Please let us know in advance for an earlier checkout (before 8am). For the sake of mutual security, a rental agreement will be signed with the guest, who must also adhere to our house rules.
