Welcome to Le Bonnafé, a charming apartment in Toulouse! This stylish one-bedroom apartment is perfectly located near the city center, offering easy access to attractions and amenities. The space Close to downtown Toulouse, you can enjoy the comfort offered by the apartment (fully air-conditioned): The seating area: - A sofa bed (1 person). - A flat-screen TV and dining area. - A kitchen open to the living room, fully equipped with stove, fridge, kitchen utensils, microwave, dishes... - Ideal for teleworking with a high-speed Wi-Fi connection. The sleeping area: - A comfortable queen-size bed (160 x 200) for a relaxing night. - A large closet with a wardrobe to store your belongings. Bathroom with shower, sink with mirror, and toilet. A hairdryer is available for your use. Outside: - A balcony to enjoy the sun with a good hot drink ;) Bonnafé is not available? Don't panic, you can also ask us for: - RN88 (2p) - Air-conditioned studio near the city center! - Faubourg (2p) - Air-conditioned studio near the city center! Guest access You can enjoy the entire place for the duration of your stay. To help you get your stay off to a good start, we'll provide you with the essentials for a first night (soap, toilet paper, dishwashing liquid, etc.). Other things to note We are available for our Guests every day, from 10am to 7pm (we are not reachable between 7pm and 10am, because we too, we like to rest a little). We always do our best to satisfy you, and if sometimes (rarely!), we sometimes do not meet your expectations, we will be happy to listen to you and learn:) To best prepare for your stay, you will be asked to complete an online registration (via a platform of our choice): only essential information is collected in full compliance with GDPR rules. In particular, we will ask you for your identity documents, the signing of the rental agreement (this is due to the legal obligation in France to have a Police Record and a written Agreement) and the security deposit imprint by bank card exclusively (amount confirmed in conditions and under the payment tab).
