Nestled in the heart of the village of Montagnac, our exceptional 360 m2 property offers much more than just a stay. This carefully restored former distillery blends history, modernity and comfort, creating an unforgettable vacation getaway for families or groups of friends. The surrounding vineyards, the Thau lagoon 15 minutes away, the Mediterranean Sea 30 minutes away, many walks and historical sites. All shops and market are just around the corner. Indoor parking for 3 cars and enclosed estate. The space The 360 m2 house has 11 beds divided into 4 suites and 4 private bathrooms: 1) 160 x 200 bed, large dressing room, bathroom with walk-in shower, no air conditioning but standing fan. 2) 140 x 200 bed, bathroom with walk-in shower, air conditioning 3) 160 x 200 bed, bathroom with bathtub and walk-in shower, mezzanine with 2 90 x 200 beds, air conditioning 4) 160 x 200 bed, mezzanine with 120 x 200 bed, air conditioning. Each bedroom has a toilet outside the bathroom. The house offers a large interior space with beautiful volumes (large living room with open kitchen, games room with billiards and foosball, piano, library, office...) The garden welcomes you with a heated pool, summer kitchen, barbecue, but also a wellness area with Hammam and Sauna. The suites each have their own identity, with exposed beams. Guest access You will have access to all the amenities in the house. Other things to note The cleaning fee is 110 euros. Linens and towels are not included in the cleaning fee but can be requested as an Extra for 90 euro. in case of overconsumption of electricity due to improper use of air conditioning, we will ask for an extra in proportion to the kW consumed excessively
