The space Before entering the house, you will be won over by the large wooden terrace that offers a beautiful sea view. The house is equipped with a large living area with its comfortable living room, dining area and fully equipped open-plan kitchen. The living room also has a fireplace, ideal for warming up by the fire in winter after a good walk along the coast. You will also find on the ground floor a beautiful bedroom with its 160x200 bed which offers direct access to the terrace. You will also find on the ground floor a separate toilet as well as a bathroom with shower. Upstairs you will find 3 comfortable bedrooms: 2 bedrooms are equipped with a large bed in 160x200, one of which also has a baby bed. These 2 bedrooms also offer a beautiful sea view from the skylight. The last bedroom is more of a children's room with its bunk bed and games available. You will also find a bathroom with a bathtub and toilet. Outside, enjoy a pleasant evening in the open air on the large terrace overlooking the garden, thus creating a peaceful setting to relax. This charming house is located 2 km from the village of Landéda where you will find all amenities. The little extras you won't find elsewhere?
