Between city and mountain, come and recharge your batteries in the peace and quiet of our house renovated in 2024. The bright living room opens onto a fully equipped kitchen with a large table, dishwasher. Upstairs, 3 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with washing machine, 2 powder rooms, 3 fans available. Sheets & towels provided. Accessible in 5 minutes from the highway. Ski slopes 45 minutes away, Lourdes 20 minutes away. Immediate walking distance: children's playground, shops, walking trails with views of the Pyrenees. Wi-Fi. The space The old house was carefully renovated in 2024. It is 5 kms from Tarbes city center and 300m from the center of the village, where you will find all amenities. You enter the living space with living room, dining room with a large table, a super equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, microwave, stovetop, Nespresso coffee maker, mini electric fridge, fondue set, scale, pie molds, rice cooker, waffle iron ...). Linens, sheets, tea towels and towels are provided, as well as basic foods (rice, pasta, sugar, salt, pepper, etc.) Upstairs you will find 3 bedrooms equipped with double beds and very comfortable mattresses: - a 160x190 - one in 140 x 190 - one in 140 x 200 If you want to do everything on foot, the house is located a few steps away from pretty hiking - among others 2 of the 10 loops of marked walking trails throughout the agglomeration called "Le Trait Vert" - or beautiful mountain biking routes that will give you access to the panoramic view of the beautiful Pyrenees. It Guest access The house is semi-detached and consists of 2 units with 2 independent entrances, and we occupy one of the two. (With dividing wall, see photo) To access the key box and the electric gate that gives access to the house, you have to go IN FRONT of 2 AVENUE DES AULNES (remember to look at the paragraph "arrival guide") We may be away, but if we are present, we will remain discreet unless you need us. A key box is at your disposal to allow you to enter independently. The house is located in a quiet residential and family area, at the foot of a very wooded hill. You can park your vehicles in the courtyard closed by an independent electric gate. The village has the distinction of being crossed by many streams, which makes it original. Other things to note We do our best to put ourselves in your shoes: as long as we don't have a reservation before or after you, we'll accommodate your needs without a problem, if we can of course. For cleaning, it's the same thing, either you take care of it, or you opt for our package (30 euros), it's up to you when you arrive!
