Charming and spacious house, large terrace, beautiful view, garden and pool. Quiet house in Saint-André-de-Roquepertuis, a typical village on the heights in the Cèze valley. Living room and terrace side, beautiful views of the surrounding nature. Kitchen side, view of a charming little square. Lots of space to share moments of happiness all together, but the house also allows everyone moments of privacy or rest in a quiet corner. The space Let's go around the house together. To access it, you take the outside staircase. From the entrance hall, you enter a large dining room. It overlooks a large kitchen with a balcony on the street side and, on the garden side, a very large living room with French doors overlooking the terrace that runs the entire width of the house. The view of the surrounding hills is magnificent. From the covered part of the terrace, you have access to the laundry room with sink adjoining the kitchen. On this level, there is also, adjoining the entrance hall, a first bathroom with toilet and shower. Two stairs lead upstairs. From the dining room, you reach a hallway with 3 bedrooms, one with a small shower room. This bedroom has two separate beds that can be used as a double bed, the other two bedrooms have a double bed. On this side, there is also a separate bathroom with bubble bath and a separate toilet. The kitchen staircase leads to a living room and its adjoining bedroom with bunk beds. A corridor connects the two parts of the floor. From the covered terrace, a staircase leads you into a charming, cool vaulted cellar overlooking the garden. The multi-level garden offers a small shaded terrace, a petanque court and the swimming pool with its beach surrounded by the garden. The cellar is also accessible from the street (private passage closed). You can park right in front of the house on the square. A little further away are other parking spaces as well as the large communal parking lot (100 m away). Namely for the summer season: thanks to its massive stone walls, the house has enough thermal inertia to stay pleasant throughout the day. Flooded by the sun in the evening, the terrace remains well shaded the rest of the day while leaving you a sunny corner at every moment. You'll see beautiful sunsets. The pool enjoys ideal sunshine all day long. The trees in the garden offer you charming shaded corners. Sleeps: 8 people - 1 king size double bed (180 x 200) -1 queen size double bed (160 x 200) -2 separate beds (80 x 200) that can be arranged as a double bed -2 bunk beds (80 x 200) - 2 bathrooms, one with bubble bath and 1 shower room; hairdryer Kitchen equipment: plancha (terrace), American fridge (with ice cubes), oven, microwave, ceramic hob, coffee machine for Nespresso capsules, dishwasher, 2nd sink in the back kitchen Washing equipment: washing machine, several clothes dryers, ironing board and iron. Guest access You will have access to the entire house (except attic and some small storage rooms) Other things to note We are Bruno and Wendy. When we can't enjoy our vacation home, we like to leave it to our friends, family or... to you. We do not live there but are lucky to be able to count on Simon who will welcome you and answer any questions you might have during your stay. We are always just a phone call away, of course. Why did we choose this accommodation? Saint-André-de-Roquepertuis is one of the most authentic and charming villages in the Cèze Valley. We like to stroll there, go down to the river or take a walk or mountain bike ride in the surrounding area. We are surrounded by many charming villages and tourist sites where we love to go for a restaurant, a walk or a visit, but we are always happy to return to our haven of peace in Saint-André. A real plus for us is that the village is very well located half an hour from the highway and close to some major cities such as Orange, Nîmes and Avignon as well as the South of the Ardèche. What are the advantages of this accommodation? The highlight of our house is certainly the magnificent view from the terrace (and the living room and garden). In addition, it offers a lot of space, both outside and inside, which allows you to experience very nice moments with family or friends around a meal, at the pool, playing a game of petanque... while finding moments of privacy if you want. It's great to come home after a nice excursion and enjoy the garden, pool or coolness of the living room. We have put our heart into the layout of our house and its garden, sure you will feel it!
