Charming and spacious house, great terrace, beautiful view, garden and pool. Quiet house in Saint-André-de-Roquepertuis, a typical village on the heights in the Cèze Valley. On the living room and terrace side, magnificent views of the surrounding nature. Kitchen side, view of a charming little square. Plenty of space to share moments of happiness all together but the house also allows everyone to have moments of privacy or rest in a quiet corner. The space Let's walk around the house together. To access it, you take the outside staircase. From the lobby, you enter a large dining room. This one overlooks a large kitchen with balcony on the street side and, on the garden side, a very large living room with French doors overlooking the terrace that is the entire width of the house. The view of the surrounding hills is stunning. From the covered part of the terrace, you have access to the laundry room with sink adjoining the kitchen. On this level, there is also, adjoining the entrance hall, a first bathroom with toilet and shower. Two stairs lead upstairs. From the dining room, you reach a 3 bedroom hallway including one with a small shower room. This room has two separate beds which can be used as a double bed, the other two bedrooms feature a double bed. On this side, there is also a separate bathroom with bubble bath and a separate toilet. The kitchen staircase leads to a living room and its adjoining bedroom with bunk beds. A hallway connects the two parts upstairs. From the covered terrace, a staircase takes you into a charming cool vaulted cellar overlooking the backyard. The multi-level garden offers a small shaded terrace, a pétanque court and the pool with its beach surrounded by the garden. The cellar is also accessible from the street (private closed passage). You can park just across the house from the square. A little further away are other parking spaces as well as the large communal parking lot (100 m away). Namely for the summer season: thanks to its solid stone walls, the house has enough thermal inertia to stay pleasant throughout the day. Flooded by the sun in the evening, the terrace remains well shaded the rest of the day while leaving you a sunny nook at all times. You'll see beautiful sunsets. The pool enjoys ideal sunshine all day. The trees in the garden offer you charming shaded corners. Sleeping: 8 pers. - 1 king size double bed (180 x 200) - 1 queen-size double bed (160x200) -2 separate beds (80x200) that can be arranged as a double bed -2 bunks (80x200) - 2 bathrooms including one with bubble bath and 1 shower room; hair dryer Kitchen equipment: plancha (terrace), American fridge (with ice cubes), oven, microwave, ceramic hob, coffee machine for Nespresso capsules, dishwasher, 2nd sink in the back kitchen Washing equipment: laundry machine, several laundry dryers, iron and iron. Guest access You will have access to the whole house (except attic and a few small storage rooms). Other things to note We are Bruno and Wendy. When we can't enjoy our holiday home, we like to leave it to our friends, family, or... to you. We do not live there but are lucky enough to be able to count on Simon who will meet and answer any of your questions you may have during your stay. We are always just a phone call, of course. Why did we choose this place to stay? Saint-André-de-Roquepertuis is a most authentic and charming village in the Cèze Valley. We like to stroll, go down to the river or take a walk or mountain bike in the area. We are surrounded by many charming villages and tourist sites where we love to go for a restaurant, a walk or a visit but are always happy to return to our haven of peace in Saint-André. A real plus for us is that the village is very well located half an hour from the highway and close to a few large cities such as Orange, Nîmes and Avignon as well as the South of the Ardêche. What are the benefits of this place to stay? The favorite of our house is certainly the magnificent view from the terrace (and the living room and garden). In addition, it offers a lot of space, both outside and inside, which allows you to live very nice moments with family or friends around a meal, at the pool, making a game of pétanque... while finding moments of privacy if you want. It's great to come back in after a nice excursion and enjoy the garden, pool or cool living room freshness. We have put all our heart in the layout of our house and its garden, sure you will feel it!
