Ideal cottage for family gatherings, with a Jacuzzi! The space On the ground floor, you will have a pleasant living room with a kitchen open to the living room, a dining area and a lounge by the fire, a double bedroom, a shower room (shower stall, sink, bidet), a separate toilet and a laundry room. Upstairs: you will have access to a relaxation/reading/teleworking area on the mezzanine, 2 double bedrooms, a bedroom for 4 people (4 single beds, 2 of which can be pushed together to form a double bed), bathroom (bathtub + washbasin + toilet). Outside, you will enjoy a large covered terrace with barbecue, garden furniture, relaxation area, deckchairs, swing and jacuzzi (with surcharge and upon reservation). The enclosed grounds allow you to park 4 vehicles. In the garage, enjoy the foosball and ping pong table in all seasons. Heating and electricity are included within the limit of normal consumption (meter reading on arrival/departure from October to April) - wood is provided for the fireplace. The beds will be made on arrival. Welcome to Les Farinettes, a spacious holiday home that can accommodate up to 10 people in the heart of the Champagne vineyards. After a day exploring the region, enjoy the Jacuzzi, the garden and the comfortable living spaces to share good times with family or friends (covered terrace with barbecue, petanque court, ping pong table, foosball and fireplace for colder periods). In the village, you will have the opportunity to interact with local producers: goat cheese, poultry farming and duck foie gras. The Les Farinettes cottage is particularly popular for wine tourism stays, group weekends, family reunions and vacations just a few hours from Belgium, for example.
