This old renovated mill on 2.4 hectares with park, pond, banks on the Fusain is the ideal place for nature lovers, hikers, cyclists or to simply meet with friends or family in the comfort of a peaceful haven. An independent workspace is also available to guests with fiber optics. The estate (the Mill plus annex at extra cost) offers up to 22 beds. The Moulin alone will be for 15 guests only The Moulin has seven charming bedrooms and 4 renovated bathrooms for your comfort. The annex is an apartment located in a building at the entrance to the Moulin. The large living room with exposed old mill has a wood-burning stove for winter evenings, as well as a dining area where you can share great moments together. The fully equipped kitchen overlooks a magnificent view of the grounds and the river. The house has many leisure areas such as a large billiard room or the hangar with ping-pong and foosball that offer you spaces apart so that everyone can indulge in their leisure activities without disturbing the tranquility of others. The garden will allow you to enjoy the tranquility of the Fusain rivers, however it is essential to carefully monitor young children.
