This former mill renovated on 2.4 hectares with park, pond, banks on the Fusain is the ideal place for nature lovers, hikers, cyclists or just to gather with friends or family in the comfort of a peaceful retreat. An independent workspace is also available with fiber. The estate (the Moulin plus annex at extra cost) offers up to 22 beds. The Moulin alone will be for 15 guests only Le Moulin has seven charming bedrooms and 4 bathrooms renovated for your comfort. The annex is an apartment located in a building at the entrance to the Moulin. The large living room with old exposed mill enjoys a wood-burning stove for winter evenings, as well as a dining area where you can share great moments together. The fully equipped kitchen overlooks a magnificent view of the grounds and the river. The house has many leisure spaces such as a large pool room or the shed with table tennis and foosball that offer you spaces away from each other so that everyone can indulge in their hobbies without disturbing the tranquility of others. The garden will allow you to appreciate the tranquility of the Fusain rivers, however it is essential to carefully monitor young children.
