Welcome to the Dorm! This house will be ideal for families or groups of friends thanks to its 5 bedrooms including a dormitory room, its space and its peaceful exterior. This place is managed by Welcome2Home, a concierge service that listens to its guests. The space Located on the side of the road, in the heart of a village with a bakery, bar/restaurant for lunch, you will enter this house through an alley in the private garden that will lead you to the front door. On the ground floor: - A spacious entrance with a coat rack, allowing you to drop off your coats and shoes. - A kitchen equipped with a table - A living/dining room that opens onto the terrace - A bedroom with a 130 cm bed (a little smaller than a standard double bed), TV - A bedroom with a 140 cm double bed. - Bathroom with bathtub and shower. - Separate WC. Kitchen facilities: - Refrigerator with small freezer - Oven - Gas cooktop - Microwave - Filter coffee machine and Tassimo -Hot water kettle - Toaster - Dishwasher - Dishes - Raclette machine You will be able to access the basement by a staircase where you will find: - a washing machine - a clothes dryer - a refrigerator - a freezer On the first floor: - A dormitory room with 4 single 80*190 bunk beds and 2 children's beds measuring 160*70. In this room you will find a small attic space that can be used as a small playroom for children (you will find the baby bed as well as a small mattress (there is no baby bed linen). - A bedroom with a 160 cm double bed and a sofa (non-convertible) - A bedroom with a 140 cm double bed. - a bathroom with shower, sink and toilet You will have access to the terrace overlooking the dining room. A table seating 4 guests and 4 chairs are present. You can park 2 vehicles in the driveway of the house. Included: Wi-Fi, linens (towels, sheets (please note that single beds will not be made, linens placed on them), dish towels, bath mats), welcome kit including a roll of toilet paper, sponge, dishwashing liquid and a garbage bag will be waiting for you in the accommodation. For the remainder of the stay, we'll let you buy what you need. Guest access You'll have a set of keys and have the house to yourself. Please note, depending on the number of people, rooms may be locked. Check-in is normally from 4 p.m. onwards. Check-out is until 10 a.m. at the latest. Other things to note There is no WiFi in the house
