Discover it by walking its rural trails, hiking trails; pedal on the route of the "La Loire by bike". The space This beautiful cottage includes: On the ground floor: - an entrance leading to a spacious bright living room, divided into 3 spaces 1) a cozy living room with two sofas and TV, fiber optic 2) a dining room with a high ceiling 3) a fully equipped kitchen (coffee maker, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, toaster, stove...) A master suite with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom (large bathtub, sink, shower and toilet) Upstairs: A partially open mezzanine, with two single beds. Two bedrooms, with a double bed each and a shared bathroom (shower, sink and toilet) A laundry area with washing machine, washing machine and iron. Umbrella bed, high chair, sunbed are provided. A private, fenced garden with terrace and parking will be available to you. Bed linen and bath linens are provided. A stove is present in the unit but is not usable. Guest access You have 2 parking spaces in front of the entrance of the cottage. Other things to note - Bed linen and sheets are provided - the coffee maker is a Tassimo (you have a few pods) - You have toys and children's books at your disposal -Board games and magazines.
