The space Ground Floor The entrance is on the ground floor, where you will find a laundry room equipped with a washing machine, a sink, a toilet, and storage space for your bicycles. First Floor A bright living area with an open-plan, fully equipped kitchen (gas hob, oven, microwave, Nespresso and filter coffee machines, kettle, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer), a dining table, and a lounge area with a sofa where you can relax with your family. There is also a flat-screen TV and a Bluetooth speaker. A workspace is available. On this floor, you will also find a separate toilet and a bathroom (with a shower), equipped with a towel dryer and a hairdryer. A large terrace (approximately 16m²) is directly accessible from the living room, allowing you to enjoy sunny days and outdoor meals. It includes a table, chairs, a parasol, and garden furniture. Second Floor There are two attic sleeping areas, each with a 160 cm double bed (sleeps 2) and storage space. In one of these spaces, you will also find a single sofa bed suitable for a child.
