Stone house of about 80 m², from 1914, completely renovated by us in 2023. Located in the municipality of Chef du Pont, 4 km from Sainte-Mère-Église and 15 minutes from the sea. History lovers and nature lovers, welcome to the heart of the Cotentin and Bessin Marshes. The space Ground floor: Large living room - Room -Lounge - Equipped kitchen (induction stove, microwave, oven, sink with dishwashing and hand washing products, fridge with freezer box) - Toilet - Relaxation area Floor 1: 2 bedrooms (1 with double bed + clothes locker – 1 with two single beds) Bathroom with shower and single sink Toilet 2nd floor: Large finished attic - Office - Living room convertible into a bedroom (sofa bed) Exterior: Closed courtyard Free parking in front of the accommodation Others: Linens provided and beds made on arrival Towels provided (1 bath towel, 1 hand towel, 1 gloves per person) Baby kit on request only (baby bed, highchair) Guest access You have access to the entire accommodation. Except a "service" room on the ground floor.
