Our fisherman's house, classified as a 4-star furnished tourist accommodation, is ideally located in the heart of the Côte d'Opale, right in the centre of Audresselles, 50 m from the beach and shops/restaurants. A 120 m2 single-storey property with 3 bedrooms that can accommodate 6 adults, or 4 adults and up to 4 children, 2 bathrooms, 2 toilets, a semi-separate kitchen, a 45 m2 living room with a lounge and dining area, and a 350 m2 enclosed garden with a terrace. The space Our renovated 120 m² fisherman's house in the heart of Audresselles, 50 m from the beach, can comfortably accommodate up to 8 people (6 adults, or 4 adults and 4 children). - Bedroom 1: on the right side of the house, bedroom 1 consists of a 160x200 bed, and has its shower room, with a large shower, vanity, and its own toilet, - Bedroom 2: on the left side of the house, a 160x200 bed, - Bedroom 3: on the left side, the third bedroom has a bunk bed (90x190) and, depending on the composition of the group of guests either a double bed 160x200cm or 2 single beds 80x200. The bed linen is included in the price. Towels can be provided on request, to be paid for on site. A separate toilet and a bathroom with a large shower, sink and washing machine separate bedrooms 2 and 3. The semi-separate kitchen, with direct access to the garden, has a stovetop, an oven, and a large fridge with a freezer. It's fully equipped. A Nespresso and Bodum Piston coffee machine, a kettle and a toaster are available for your use. In the main room, which is 45 m2, there is a dining area with a large table and 8 chairs. In the living room, two 3/4-seater sofas and a day bed await you, near the stove and facing the garden. The garden of 350m2, is totally enclosed. It has a large wooden terrace with a garden table and 8 chairs, an umbrella, and garden furniture. There are two sunbeds for you.
