Our fisherman's house, classified as a 4-star furnished tourist accommodation, completely renovated in 2022, is ideally located in the heart of the Opal Coast, in the center of Audresselles, 50 m from the beach and shops/restaurants. On one level, it has 3 bedrooms that can accommodate 6 adults, or 4 adults and up to 4 children, 2 bathrooms, 2 toilets, a separate kitchen, a 45 m2 living room with living and dining room, and its 350 m2 enclosed garden, with its terrace. The space La Cabine, renovated fisherman's house in the heart of Audresselles, 100 m from the beach, and comfortably accommodates 8 people (6 adults, or 4 adults and 4 children). - Bedroom 1: on the right side of the house, bedroom 1 consists of a 160 x 200 bed, and has its own shower room, with a large shower, a sink, and its own toilet, - Bedroom 2: on the left side of the house, a 160 x 200 bed, - Bedroom 3: on the left side, the third bedroom has a bunk bed (90 x 190) and, depending on the composition of the group of travelers, either a 160 x 200 cm double bed or 2 80 x 200 single beds. Bed linen and towels can be provided on request, to be paid on site. A separate toilet and a bathroom with large shower, sink and washing machine, separate bedrooms 2 and 3. The kitchen, semi-separated with direct access to the garden, has a stove, oven, large fridge with freezer. It is fully equipped. A Nespresso and Bodum piston coffee machine, kettle and toaster are available. In the main room, 45 m2 has a dining area with a large table, and 8 chairs. In the living room, a 3/4 seater sofa, a day bed and 2 armchairs await you, near the stove, and facing the garden. The 350 m2 garden is completely enclosed.
