The space The accommodation comprises Ground floor: - A 10 m² living room with sofa and TV - Dining area and fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc. - Bedroom 1: a pull-out bed (90×190) that can be used to join 2 single beds to make a double bed - Bathroom with shower and WC First floor: - Bedroom 2: king-size bed (180×200), sofa, non-functional wood-burning stove, wardrobe, small desk, adjoining bedroom 3, access to toilet with WC and washbasin. - Bedroom 3: a single bed (90×190) nested over a 2ᵉ single bed allowing them to be glued together and make a double bed. - Bedroom 4: a king-size bed (180×200), non-functional wood-burning stove, wardrobe. For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, cot, ironing board and iron. Outside: - A lovely 70 m² enclosed shared garden with furniture to enjoy the fine weather.
