Tucson Paradise in the Catalina Foothills

I DO LIVE AT THE PROPERTY so want my guests to use my home just like theirs for sure. Lovely Tucson home with 2 bedrooms with additional air mattresses, sofa bed and linen available. My house is 20 mins from U of A and downtown Tucson and close to local amenities. I have a large pool and hot tub (AVAILABLE ON REQUEST). My house is freshly decorated and have done extensive work on my yard and pool area. My house has a beautiful view of the Catalina mountains in a tranquil relaxing area. The space I have two private bedrooms available and both have queen beds. You will have your own private bathroom situated opposite the bedrooms for guest use only. They are no extra charges if you use both rooms. I also have air mattresses and sofa bed available as required for larger number of guests. Both bedrooms include USB charger bedside lights, large closets and digital alarm clock. Guest access I have a large gas BBQ and fire pit (THIS IS ONLY TO BE USED WITH MY PERMISSION). I have sun loungers with chaise covers and umbrellas available. I have pool toys and outdoor games available to use with a large lighted artificial grass area. The pool use will be limited during winter months due to cold temperature just ask me for details or temperature check. During your stay As I DO LIVE AT THE HOUSE you will share share public spaces. My interaction with guests will be minimal or can be sociable. I am happy for people to tell me what they would like. I am always willing to help and advise for sure. I want my guests to feel like being in their own home and be comfortable and relaxed in a peaceful beautiful setting in Tucson. Other things to note You will have full access to whatever is in my kitchen including, coffee maker, microwave, cooker, dishwasher, toaster, blender, fridge, freezer and much much more. The water to the house is softened and there is purified drinking water available at the kitchen faucet and fridge. If you find it In my kitchen you can use it is my policy. I do have indoor board games and a games room which includes a pool table and dartboard Indoor and outdoor games are available for guests to use. Have plenty of parking available at my property. I have hairdryer available in bathroom and plenty of shower products and towels available these are located in closet next to bathroom. There are Supermarkets within 2.0 miles including Safeway, Fry’s, Basha’s and Whole Foods. There is a Quick trip Gas station within 1 mile of house on the corner of river and craycroft. The pool has had new passive solar heating system installed it should be warm enough to get in at between April until early November. It is likely to extend before and after these dates to be warm enough depending on the weather just ask me on this. I do have a in ground hot tub and is used with MY PERMISSION and will ASK FOR A SMALL FEE FOR HEATING JUST ASK ME. You will have full use of my kitchen and lounge area including large TV with lots of channels. There are various restaurants close to my house I am pet friendly just let me know if you are bringing pets to agree is ok You can smoke only outside and please no DRUGS as this is not acceptable in or outside my home. I do have a ring video camera at entrance door
