Direct access to the front terrace through the french glazed doors. * The first double bedroom also enjoys a direct access to the front terrace. It is equiped with a king size good quality bed (180cmx200cm) elegant chest with drawers and a built in wardrobe. * Adjacent, the twin bedroom offers 2 single beds (90cmx200cm) which can be joined together to form a large double, and a built in wardrobe. * Other side of the living the newly renovated shower room has a large walk in shower and a washabsin. Separate toilets with small washbasin * The fully fitted kitchen is ideal for you to cook in * A separate office with a desk is also available THE GUESTS HOUSE: **************** Set 30m from the main house, the cottage offers another fully independant house for another 2 or 3 guests. Set on two levels the house comprises at terrace level a light and bright lounge with: - a fully fitted kitchen and dining area - a sitting area with two comfortable armchairs and a coffree table. Its two large french windows open onto the terrace in a L shape, equipped with table and chairs ideal for relaxing outside. From the entrance, stairs goes down to the lower level which stays very cool at summer time. - The 30m² bedroom offers a new super king bed (which can be split into 2 single beds), 2 bedside tables and lamps, a chest with drawers and 2 chairs. - it has a sitting area with a sofa (which can be made as a bed for a child) and a flat screen TV - Adjacent, the newly fitted shower room enjoys a large walk in shower, wasbasin and storage area and a washing machine. - There are separate toilet Internet is available at the level at the main house and at pool side The main house's living room and master bedroom enjoys AC. The cottage bedroom set at lower floor keeps fresh even during hot summer days OUTSIDE: ********* - The house enjoys a grassy and flowered garden of 2500m². The garden is fully enclosed and the house is pet friendly - The property enjoys multiples terraced areas and outdoor furnitures, for you to enjoying dining outside whilst looking at the fantastic view over the medieval village and XII centure Abbaye of St Cyprien. - The huge 14mx7m pool is set down the main house's terrace. It enjoys sun from the morning till late afternoon. The pool is not to be shared with anyone. - You can park your car just next to the two houses. There is also a carport for one car. Guest access Our guests have full and exclusive access to the whole property : houses, grounds and pool. Other things to note Wifi is available into the main house, garden, terrace and at pool side. The signal is very weak into the Guests house 1 pet maximum per stay, prior formal agreement only (Access to the pool nore to the bedrooms is FORBIDEN ) anti-covid process: bed linen and towels are professionally washed at 90° / The bed linen is packed under sealing film)
