The rental is located 800m from the sea and pebble beaches, 800m from shops, and 2km from the town center. You can park your vehicle in the rental's numbered and reserved space. A gate with a code closes access to the residence. The rental is composed as follows: in the entrance you will find a sleeping area with two bunk beds. The space Opposite is the bathroom with a washing machine and toilet. Then you access the living room with the open kitchen with a bar and high stools, a bench seat, and a television mounted on the wall. You have an internet box in the living room. This space opens onto the terrace equipped with a table, chairs, and barbecue. From the living room and the terrace you have a magnificent panoramic view of the sea. Finally, upstairs on the mezzanine you will find a large sleeping area with a double bed and storage. The apartment has been completely renovated recently and features Wi-Fi internet access. It's the ideal rental for a family, a couple with or without children, or even retirees looking to explore the region. A pleasant and clean rental where sun, beach, and a dose of relaxation will make your vacation in Bandol unforgettable. We require a 25% deposit. The balance must be paid one month before moving in and no later than two weeks before your arrival, except in the case of last-minute bookings. Tourist tax is due to the owner for each tenant over 18 years old. The amount is the one specified by the tourist office. Final cleaning is included in the price. For added comfort, you can choose to have sheets and towels provided for €25 per single bed and €35 per double bed. All arrivals on Sundays and public holidays will be charged an additional €100. Arrivals on weekdays after 6 p.m. will also be charged extra. Pets may be allowed upon request; please indicate the type of pet. A supplement of €5 per day per pet will apply. We require a deposit to be paid to us upon arrival by check or cash. It will not be cashed and will be returned on the day of departure if everything is in order. A contract containing your information, that of the agency, and the rented property will be sent to you and must be returned to us signed.
