Beautiful Quiet House near Lake, TV, Wi-Fi

Come and recharge your batteries in our pretty new house, bright and pleasant, quiet, close to nature and the lake. TV, WIFI and parking included 3 bedrooms, 180 cm beds, spacious kitchen, large shower... to feel at home, everyone will find their comfort. Beautiful 15 m² terrace that will allow you to enjoy your meals outdoors, with views of nature and the village, lulled by the singing birds. The garage will allow you to park your bicycles, fishing equipment, canoes... The space We tried to recreate what we would like to find best on our vacation places, the house is spacious, bright, well equipped and tastefully decorated. Each room has its own dressing room and quality bedding. The garage will allow you to store your equipment, motorcycles... but cars stay outside. Occupancy is 6 people maximum, day and night. Parties and events are not allowed. No pets allowed. The lake, with all its activities, is 2 minutes away by car, but you can get there by the hiking trails that pass nearby. The neighborhood is residential, with lots of greenery and hiking trails are 150 m away. You can walk to the village where our baker will offer you various specialties and where you will find a market every Sunday morning, Guest access You have access to the entire house, fully private. Other things to note Linens are optional, including all sheets, towels, bath mats and dish towels. If you take this option, your beds will be made upon arrival. The price varies from €20 to €55 depending on the number of people and beds occupied. We also wanted to offer optional cleaning: €60 if you don't want to take care of it. If you do it, the accommodation must be returned in the impeccable condition in which it was when you arrived: dishes absolutely clean, dry and tidy, refrigerator/freezer defrosted and left open, floors vacuumed and washed (under the beds as well), dust completely removed, drains cleaned, garbage cans emptied and washed. The house does not include toiletries (shower gel, shampoo)
