Beautiful Quiet House near Lake, TV, Wi-Fi

Come and recharge your batteries in our pretty new, bright and pleasant house, quiet, close to nature and the lake. TV, WiFi and parking included 3 bedrooms, 180 cm beds, spacious kitchen, large shower... to feel at home, everyone will find their comfort. Beautiful terrace of 15m² that will allow you to enjoy your meals alfresco, with views of nature and the village, lulled by the birdsong. The garage will allow you to park your bikes, fishing equipment, canoes... The space We tried to recreate the best we would like to find on our vacation spots, the house is spacious, bright, well-equipped and tastefully decorated. Each room has its own dressing room and quality bedding. The garage will allow you to store your equipment, motorcycles... but cars stay outside. Occupancy is 6 people max, both in the day and night. Parties and events are not allowed No pets allowed. The Lake, with all its activities, is a 2 min drive but you can get there by the hiking trails that pass nearby. The neighborhood is residential, with lots of greenery and hiking trails are 150m away. You can walk to the village where our baker will offer you various specialties and where you will find a market every Sunday morning, Guest access You have access to the entire house, completely private. Other things to note Linens are optional including all sheets, towels, bath mat and tea towels. If you take this option, your beds will be made upon arrival. The price varies from €20 to 55 depending on the number of people and beds occupied. We also wanted to offer optional cleaning: €60 if you don't want to take care of it. If you do, the property must be returned in the pristine condition it was in when you arrived: absolutely clean, dry and tidy dishes, thawed and left open refrigerator/freezer, vacuumed and washed floors (under the beds too), dust completely removed, bungs cleaned, emptied and washed garbage cans. The house does not include toiletries (shower gel, shampoo)
