Outside: - A lovely 650 m² private fenced garden - A 40 m² south-west-facing terrace, arranged in an L-shape at the rear of the house, with furniture and barbecue to enjoy the fine weather. - A 28 m² garage with storage space, laundry area (sink, washing machine, tumble dryer) and freezer. Possibility of storing bicycles. The house is ideally located in Denneville Plage, in a peaceful and very pleasant environment. There is a mini-market nearby, as well as a restaurant in season, and generally speaking, all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and a market in the centre of Portbail, 5 km away, or 2 km away in the centre of Denneville.
