This newly renovated family apartment is conveniently located 100 m from Télémix Belle Etoile and ESF Champamé. With shops a 5-minute walk away and the shuttle at the bottom of the building, everything is in place to make your life easier! Facing south, you will enjoy an exceptional view of the Muzelle with sunshine all day long. Spacious, equipped with several sleeping areas, a large living room, this fully equipped apartment will allow you to have a very nice stay in Les 2 Alpes! The space We rent our renovated 64 m² apartment. This apartment is equipped with: - a large living room: composed of the kitchen and dining room. A large table will allow you to enjoy meals with family or friends. This room is equipped with a TV. - a cozy living room, equipped with a rapido sofa (turning into a 140 bed), a coffee table as well as another television (Canal+ Channel 4 available) - a bedroom equipped with a 140* 190 cm bed with its own sink and small fridge as well as plenty of storage. This room is closed by 2 sliding doors on each side. - two sleeping areas each equipped with two bunk beds. Each bed is equipped with its own lighting and USB charger. Each sleeping area is closed on both sides by 2 sliding doors to be isolated from the rest of the apartment. The sleeping area n°1, the bedroom and the living room are placed in a row but each space is separated by sliding doors which allows everyone to have their private space. A baby cot is also available with an extra mattress. The mattress cover is not provided. - two bathrooms each equipped with a bathtub, sink and toilet. A hairdryer is available for each of them. - a large entrance corridor of 10 m² that will provide you with all the necessary storage for your ski gear (many lockers and coat racks). The kitchen is equipped with a two-burner induction hob, a large refrigerator with freezer, a Senseo coffee maker, a kettle, a toaster, 2 raclette appliances, a dishwasher, an air fryer and all the kitchen necessities. This apartment can accommodate up to 4 adults because the bunk beds are not suitable for adults. A total capacity of 6 people to be really comfortable (up to 8 people in total max including 4 children). The residence has a collective laundry area (washing machine and dryer for a fee) as well as a room with ping pong table. We provide a racquet set in the apartment. We also leave the sled available on the balcony so your little ones can enjoy it too! The outdoor pool is heated in summer. You will also have 2 ski lockers on the ground floor of the residence to store your skis and shoes (heated room). Access is dedicated to the skier (on the side of the residence) allowing direct access to the ski lockers. By leaving through this skier access with ski boots on your feet, you can reach the slopes by walking only a few meters with two possibilities: - join the Champamé slope to ski down to Telemix Belle Étoile or the ESF (The Belle Etoile télémix and the ESF departure are located less than 100 m from the building) - join the Petit Aiguille slope to access the small Vallée Blanche area The first shops are a 5-minute walk away: - Le Moulin des Alpes bakery - mini-markets - restaurants: Le Mazot, Le Tribeca, Les mauvais garçons - Sport 2000 - intersport - also close to the shops of the village 1800 Finally, you will have some free parking spaces belonging to the residence and located right outside the entrance. However, the availability of these spaces cannot be guaranteed. Paid parking is located just across the street and paid indoor parking is located 200 m away. The shuttle that stops at the bottom of the residence (Le Lautaret stop) will then allow you to move around the resort for free on foot or by ski! Registration Details 38253004328HT
