This beautiful house is our family home of 4 generations, it is very dear to the heart of the whole family. The only solution to avoid having to part with it is for you to choose it to spend your vacation!! For more information about this, see the "My Accommodation" section The space Here is our atypical and charming family architect's house of 160 m2, built in the 60s, less than a 10-minute walk from the village of Roussillon. Away from prying eyes and in the heart of a pine forest, the villa will seduce you. We modernized it while leaving it the personal touch that gives it all its charm. You will feel right at home in the 3 beautiful bedrooms of about fifteen square meters with new 180 cm beds and each having a bathroom and private toilet. A 140 cm sofa bed and a folding single bed are installed in a seating area of the large living room with its central fireplace. The bay windows of this space as well as that of the dining room overlook a beautiful terrace. The kitchen, small but functional, is fully equipped. Open to the outside and facing west, it will allow you to enjoy the setting sun and use a plancha (barbecues are prohibited) With more than 7000 m² of land (partially fenced) several spaces will welcome you for your meals and you can bask in deckchairs listening to the song of cicadas away from prying eyes! On the grounds there is also a -Trampoline for children - A hard pingpong table as old as the house, professionals refrain!! - A swing. - A homemade boules court with balls available. - Darts game. - Indoor mini golf 1 hole. - Badminton net. - A foosball table. A large swimming pool of 6 meters by 12, at the foot of a magnificent ocher cliff so typical of this region, which is a few dozen meters from the house for even more privacy. We will do our best to ensure that your stay is perfect and that you only have one desire, to come back! Guest access Access to the house is through a gate to enter the estate. You will be completely independent thanks to a key safe. A slideshow will guide you through your discovery and installation. Obviously I will remain available by phone for any questions. Other things to note Unfortunately, the toilet in bedroom 3 is out of service for the 2025 season. Don't panic, there is a shared toilet a few steps from the room! Our sincere apologies for that.
