Charming 110 m² single-story house, located in a quiet area and secured by an electric gate. You can relax peacefully thanks to its 5-person jacuzzi, its wooded and spacious garden. 2 km from the city center, close to all amenities (restaurants, bakery, mall, gym.) Close to the troglodyte site of Barry, Ardèche, Avignon, Montélimar and 2 minutes from the highway exit. 5 min from the Tricastin power station and EDF. The space The house consists of 3 bedrooms, a bathroom (corner bathtub and shower). Separate toilet, a large living with open kitchen equipped with a wine cellar, fridge, freezer, oven, gas stove, dishwasher, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine. It has a cellar with washing machine, ironing board and iron. The whole house has reversible air conditioning. Outside you will find a patio equipped with a lounge and a charcoal and plancha barbecue. Linens are provided but towels are not. The interior space of the house is non-smoking.
