Come and discover this charming house, in the heart of a peaceful hamlet, renovated with all the comforts needed for holidays for families or groups of friends. This lovely perfectly equipped house sleeps up to 10 guests (6 in the main house and 4 in the small house). It has a large shaded garden, with barbecue, plancha and many outdoor games. It's the perfect place to explore the sights or for walking or cycling. The space The main house has: - on the ground floor, a fitted and fully equipped kitchen, a shower area, a large dining room and a comfortable living room. - Upstairs, 3 bedrooms (sleeps 6) and one bathroom (with walk-in shower) bedroom 1: Queen bed and crib bedroom 2: Double bed bedroom 3 : 2 single beds (80x200) that can be assembled to make a queen size bed The outbuilding, added directly to your stay beyond 6 guests, has a bedroom with a double bed and 2 single beds and a bathroom with sink shower and toilet. This outbuilding is separated from the main house by a small road with very little traffic but is therefore not attached to the main house where the living room and kitchen is located. So this may not be suitable for young children (Japanese step stairs). Outdoor space: large shaded garden, courtyard in front of the house. A garage is also available as well as various games (ping pong, pétanque, molky, darts, snowshoes...) and outdoor furniture (barbecue, plancha, garden furniture, coffee table, armchairs).
