It features an attractive 31 m² living room, an open-plan fitted kitchen, four bedrooms, two bathrooms (with shower) and a 200 m² garden. The space The accommodation is composed as follows: First floor: - A 31m² living room with sofa, TV and dining area to enjoy a good meal. - A fully-equipped kitchen with dining area, including electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob... - Bedroom 1: queen-size bed (160×200) - A shower room with shower and adjoining WC with vanity unit and washing machine Second floor: - Bedroom 2 - 3 - 4: double bed (140×190) - Bathroom with shower and adjoining WC with vanity unit Outside: The owner has recently carried out extensive work to give you direct access to the garden from the living room. There are still a few improvements to come, such as the installation of nets to secure the terrace railings, and the addition of furniture to make the most of the garden once the lawn is well grown! - A pretty, enclosed, west-facing garden of around 200 m², with furniture to make the most of the fine weather. - A 10 m² terrace accessible from the living room, designed for outdoor dining, with a staircase leading directly to the garden. - A dedicated area for playing pétanque! To access your accommodation, you can choose between : - Independent arrival: pick up your keys at a Keycafé box located in Saint-Alban, 4km from the accommodation (6 minutes by car), usually on your way to Pléneuf-Val-André. If you use public transport, choose a physical reception. - A physical reception: in this case, you will be welcomed on site by the Cocoonr team, who will show you around the flat, share their tips with you and give you the keys.
