Marguerite – Studio in Auteuil

Our mission is to empower individuals to immerse themselves in new places by having a home wherever they go. To do this, we provide fully furnished and equipped apartments, artfully designed, for stays of one month or more. We are currently present in some of the most important cities in Europe. The space Beautifully renovated and furnished studio located on Boulevard Murat, in the Auteuil district, in the 16th Arrondissement. It is located on the ground floor, close to the Porte de Saint-Cloud station. In the surrounding area, you can find attractions such as the Seine and Place de la Porte de Saint-Cloud. It consists of a double bed, a kitchen and a bathroom. The bed is equipped with soft bedding, ideal for a good night's rest. The kitchen is fully equipped with the latest appliances and cooking utensils. The apartment has a bathroom equipped with a full shower and towels. In addition, high-speed WiFi and SmartTV. The apartment also has a washing machine for your convenience. This apartment is equipped with a ducted air-conditioning system to provide absolute comfort. *Pets are welcome, but a fee may be applied. Guests will be notified of any additional charges in the final contract. *We cannot be responsible for any noise (construction or street noise) outside the apartment. We also cannot be held responsible for rooms without air conditioning (all rooms with air conditioning will be explicitly explained in our description). We won't accept any reservation cancellations or refund requests related to these two issues. *Our in-house design team expertly selects all apartment furniture and decor to ensure the highest level of quality and comfort. As part of the regular maintenance of the listings, the improvement of the design and the staging of the photos, there may be slight differences between the furniture seen in the photos and those you will find in the apartment. If you have any questions or concerns, talk to a sales agent. Other things to note To finalize your booking, a mandatory identity verification (KYC) procedure is required. Guests must provide: ID, proof of address, proof of solvency, and proof of the reason for their stay. By making your booking, you acknowledge and agree to these terms. We cannot accept any booking without these documents, and a standard cancellation fee will apply if the KYC procedure is not completed. A refundable security deposit of €1,500 is required for this accommodation. The details regarding this deposit will be communicated to you during the booking process, and payment will be requested separately once the booking is confirmed.
