This peaceful accommodation offers a relaxing stay for the whole family. Ideally located, you are close to the basin, the ocean and the gates of Bordeaux. You will be in the heart of the vineyards, forests and parks within walking distance. Guests will enjoy a landscaped garden with a swimming pool, terrace and plancha for a perfect vacation. The space The house has 3 bedrooms and an office with a sofa bed that can serve as a 4th bedroom. - First bedroom on the ground floor with its ensuite bathroom. Bed 140 x 200 - Second bedroom with dressing room. 160 x 200 bed - Third bedroom with dressing room. 140 x 200 bed - Fourth bedroom or office. A 140 x 200 sofa bed. The office also has an elliptical bike. Air conditioning only in the 3 bedrooms upstairs. The house also has a back kitchen equipped with a washing machine, microwave and freezer. We also have a wine cellar available. We provide our bikes (an electric bike, a mountain bike and two road bikes). You will also enjoy a beautiful terrace with all the furniture to enjoy it (table, chairs, sunbathing, parasol). We offer our plancha and a small summer kitchen with sink. You can enjoy a small vegetable garden as well as herbs.
