This charming house, typical of our small Breton villages near the Gulf of Morbihan, is for rent in the commune of Baden. Ideally located close to the coastal paths and the beach, this 95 m² house is beautifully decorated and can accommodate up to 8 travellers. Ideal for a stay with friends or family. On the ground floor, this pretty holiday home has a living room of around 25 m², a separate fitted and equipped kitchen and a pleasant shaded and enclosed terrace outside. The space As always at Cocoonr, cleaning is included in the rental price and 4-star hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels). Your bed will be made up for you on arrival. All that's left for you to do is pack your bags and discover our magnificent Gulf of Morbihan ! The accommodation is composed as follows: First floor: - 25 m² living room with lounge and TV - A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob... Upstairs you'll find : - Bedroom 1 with 1 queen-size bed (160×200) - Bedroom 2 with two single beds - A bathroom with bath and WC 2ᵉ floor: - Bedroom 3 with 1 queen-size bed (160×200) - Bedroom 4 with 1 pull-out bed that can be made into a double bed, we cannot make 2 single beds. - Shower room and WC. For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: high chair, washing machine, cot, plancha, tumble dryer, fan, iron. Outside: This pretty house has a pleasant shaded terrace with garden furniture for your outdoor lunches.
