Guest access ================= FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS ================= WHAT IS THE ARRIVAL PROCEDURE? -> A bank imprint of €700 will be requested after booking. This is not charged, it is simply blocked and will be unblocked automatically after your departure. -> Once the bank imprint is received, you will receive the entry procedure as well as the code for the lockbox to access the accommodation; (by Airbnb chat or phone). It is mandatory to put them back in the key box on the last day of your stay. WHAT IS THE CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT TIME? IS CHECK-IN SELF-SERVICE? -> Check-in time is from 5 p.m. (This gives you the flexibility to arrive at a time that suits you from 5 p.m.), and check-out from the accommodation on the last day is 11 a.m. maximum. ARE VISITORS OR ADDITIONAL PEOPLE ALLOWED? The number of guests must be the same as the booking. It is strictly forbidden to bring additional people even without sleeping there, without a reservation. E.g. A booking for 4 guests will be for 4 and not 6 or more without informing me before your arrival. For insurance in case of problems and rental platforms, it is therefore mandatory to book with the exact number of guests. IS IT POSSIBLE TO SMOKE IN THE ACCOMMODATION? Smoking is strictly prohibited in the apartments under penalty of the security deposit. An ashtray will be at your disposal on the outdoor table. Other things to note 〉These accommodations are completely dedicated to your private use. For cars, plenty of street parking, free evenings/nights, Sundays & holidays, otherwise €3 per day (parking meter). 〉 To have a pleasant time, be sure to respect the internal rules of the accommodation. 〉 In the current circumstances, I pay the utmost attention to the cleanliness and hygiene of the premises. I don't charge my guests a cleaning fee, but I'm counting on you to make these cocoons clean upon checkout.
